HIPAA Training for NNPH

HIPAA Awareness Training is required for all NNPH employees, interns, and volunteers. The current training module is available online and generally takes approximately 35 minutes to complete. 

1. Go to www.webnettraining.com 
2. Click on "Member's Login" (upper right of screen)
3. Use the word "midlands" for ID, Username, and Password
   • Company Assigned ID: midlands
   • Username: midlands
   • Password: midlands
4. Sign up for a new account by completing the online form
5. Choose your new Username and Password
6. Click "Create Account"
7. Click "Log In" and enter Company Assigned ID: midlands, and your new Username and Password. Then click "Sign In"
8. The Dashboard will appear
9. Click on "Training Library" (top left of screen)
10. Scroll down to "HIPAA Awareness"
11. Click on "View Course"
12. Complete the course by reading each screen and/or listening to the commentary and clicking "Continue". You cannot fast forward though this training. You must listen to the whole thing
13. After you complete the course, take the test
14. Print the Certificate and/or save the Certificate
15. Email a copy to MRCvolunteers@nnph.org
