Operational Plan Requirements
The Northern Nevada Public Health may require a permit holder to submit an operational plan to protect against health hazards. An Operational Plan is a written and approved document that details specific practices or procedures that are intended to ensure that:
A. An establishment is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition; or
B. Activities associated with the establishment’s operations do not compromise public health.
The submittal of an Operational Plan requires a plan review fee which can be found on our Fees page under "Operational Plan - Initial Review"
If you need to submit an Operational Plan, the plan must include all items from the checklists and the Operational Plan Review Application.
